Overview
Spek is one sidebar and a settings area. This page says which page answers which question, so you spend less time looking.
The sidebar
- Agentis the review inbox and the agent's own setup. Most days this is the only page you need.
- Editor is your listing, per market. Applied proposals land here. It opens a second sidebar that also holds Experiments (custom product pages and page tests, when Apple has made your app eligible) and Events (in-app events).
- Reviews is customer feedback and developer responses for the selected app.
- Competitors is who you are measured against, per storefront.
- Changelog is what changed on your listing and when.
Settings
Settings opens from your name at the bottom of the sidebar: profile (name, role, and photo — Change opens the edit pop-up), members, integrations, workspace, and Billing. Workspace is the summary of the logo, name, members, apps, connected store accounts, and credits. Integrations is still where store connections are managed in full. Billing shows the subscription, credits, members, payment details, and invoices. Change plan opens a Select a plan pop-up on this page.
Common questions
Where is keyword research?
There is no separate keywords page for customers. The research drives the agent's proposals, and the reasoning behind any one keyword is on its card. See how the agent picks keywords.
Why do I see fewer pages than a colleague?
Some surfaces depend on App Store eligibility and others are enabled per workspace. Experiments and Events wait for Apple's eligibility state, while agent chat is enabled per workspace.
